Gonglong Chen currently is an Associate Professor/Researcher in Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences(SIAT).

Before that, He has been a Cloud Network Architect in Tencent since 2021. He received his PhD degree from the College of Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University (ZJU) in 2020, advised by Wei Dong. He received the BS degree from the College of Computer Science in East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) in 2015.

His research interests include Cloud network, Machine Learning system and Mobile computing.
